At present the approach to Uphill boat yard
is still obstructed.

Update Aug 08 - It would seem the contract to remove the vessel has been placed - so we may see it gone after all !

The boat shown is an ex navy Pinnace called Solitair which sank last Summer and is now, apparently, not likely to be moved

Update - Sept 07
Little has been done to improve access - except various opportunists stripping copper and a small fire in the coachroof.

There is a green buoy marking the stern corner - and there is little obstructing debris on the stern now, which is the main obstruction to the channel.


Generally a pretty sorry sight.
