page 10 § The logs will be considered by the Sailing Committee of the Club and their decision will be based on them. § Entrants who use any form of propulsion, other than sails, must declare it in their log with a note of the reason and the time that the alternative form of propulsion was in use. Engines or oars may only be used to avoid grounding or collision. SCARWEATHER Entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Committee. The race is to be for TWO Classes for Monohulls, and a Multihull Class. SINGLE-HANDED RACE Competing boats shall have only one person on board. The race is to be for TWO Classes. SPONSORED EVENTS Where races are sponsored by individuals who donate prizes, in cash or kind, special conditions may be applied. (e.g. The race may be one class or two, or with a minimum number of entries required for the event to be valid).
